meaning behind my tattoo:
The native American symbolism on bats means “ability to see through illusion, extremely aware, and will never accept half-hearted or lukewarm attempts at self-improvement”
At the time I got the tattoo I was going through a phase in my life. I decided I wasn’t happy with how I looked. So I changed, for the better. I lost weight, dressed better, and started to become more of the person I wanted to become. Also I was in a bad relationship, dealing with verbal and some physical abuse, always being lied to and cheated on. So I left.

This is a portrait of my grandmother. She means the absolute world to me and was there for me when my parents shut me out of their lives. I love that women more than anyone will ever know.
